Refund Policy

Failed videos: credits back automatically

If a video fails to generate or is not delivered, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused credit packs: money back within 7 days

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email support@gasstationdance.app from the email address on your account and tell us which purchase it is. When the refund is made, the credits from that pack are removed from your account.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you use credits to start a video, you ask us to start providing the digital service immediately and you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you use. Unused packs can be refunded within those 14 days.

What is not refunded

• Credits used for a video that finished. The generation cost has already been paid to our video provider. AI results vary with the photos you upload; see our photo guide for the best results. If a video file is technically defective (for example it will not play), write to us and we may, at our discretion, restore the credits.
• Packs where some credits were used, except as required by law.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. How long they take to appear depends on your bank and card issuer. We do not refund in cash or to another account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; most problems are solved quickly by email. When a payment is disputed, we may suspend the credits from that purchase until the dispute is resolved, and we may refuse refunds or close accounts where we see abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests.
